Cyberpunk Villain | Character Design - Concept Art Process

This Character Design was created as the second assignment during the Advanced Concept Art Course (Concept Art Specialization) at CG Spectrum with Brandon Reimchen as my Mentor. I chose a dystopian cyberpunk theme, as it's something out of my comfort zone and wanted to see how far I could go with it. It's the evil counterpart to the Super-Hero I uploaded before.
